1. Agreements to Terms - By downloading, accessing, or using Colour Varia, you agree to be bound by this End User License Agreement ("Agreement"). If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you must not download, install, or use the Software.
2. License Grant - Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Moro Limited grants you a non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable, limited license to use the Software for your personal, non-commercial purposes on a device that you own or control.b. This license does not allow you to use the Software on any device that you do not own or control, and you may not distribute or make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time.
3. Restrictions - You agree not to, and you will not permit others to: a. Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or otherwise create derivative works of the Software. b. Reverse engineer, disassemble, decompile, decode or otherwise attempt to derive or gain access to the source code of the Software or any part thereof. c. Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, assign, distribute, publish, transfer, or otherwise make available the Software.
4. Intellectual Property Rights - The Software and all rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all associated intellectual property rights, are owned by Moro Limited.5**. Updates**Moro Limited may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the Software, which may include patches, bug fixes, updates, upgrades, and other modifications ("Updates").
5. Termination - This Agreement is effective until terminated. Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically without notice from Moro Limited if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this Agreement.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties - The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind. Colour Varia disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Limitation of Liability - To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Colour Varia be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever.
8. Governing Law - This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.

10. Subscription Services
a. Subscription Terms: Access to certain functionalities of Colour Varia may require the purchase of a subscription. By purchasing a subscription, you understand that you are not buying the Software, but instead are paying for temporary access to additional features and services provided by the Software.
b. Subscription Access: The specific features and services accessible through your subscription are outlined in the Software and may change from time to time.
11. Cancellation Policy
a. Cancellation Rights: You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel, you must go to your account settings within the app and select 'Manage Subscription.' The cancellation process will then be handled by Apple.
b. Access after Cancellation: After canceling your subscription, you will retain access to the subscribed features until the end of the period for which you have already paid. No further charges will be made once you have canceled your subscription, but refunds for the remaining subscription period are not provided.
12. E-Commerce Integration
a. Linking to Third-Party Websites: The Colour Varia app may include links to third-party websites where you can purchase products presented within our app. By tapping on an item, you will be redirected to the respective brand's website.
b. Third-Party Privacy Practices: Please be aware that third-party websites have their own privacy policies and terms of service. We do not control these websites and encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how your personal data will be handled.
c. Approval and Disclaimer: While we curate and approve the collections of the brands featured within our app, Moro Limited does not assume responsibility for the content, products, or services provided on third-party websites. Inclusion of links to third-party websites does not imply endorsement or approval by Moro Limited of any unforeseen content or actions by these websites
